We both enjoy socialising with friends, weddings, party’s, holidays. Ricky enjoys sport.
We both genuinely try to live life to the full, and wealth family and friends are important to us.

After a romantic stroll down the beach promenade in Miami Florida in Oct 2016.
4th attempt lucky that night Ricky eventually managed to get down on one knee!
Firstly as our fiends were in on the suprise , I was asked to be ready for 7pm. Firstly Beckys dress split which delayed us getting out.
Secondly we were going for “pre drinks” to a bar which I later found out was code for finding a famous spot in Miami which Ricky remembered being a kid where he wanted to do it. However after waking for 20 minutes and being told “ I’m sure it’s a bit further done here!” Ricky gave up as it was now time for our restaurant reservation.
Thirdly Ricky whispered to my friends “I’ll do it in the restaurant” after being there for 3 hours and becky still not a clue anyone was even whispering or acting strange Ricky bottled it as he knew how over the top the Americans would go!
And last but not least after dining in an amazing celebrity hot spot restaurant prime 112 we decided to head back to the hotel a stroll along the beach front at 11pm to walk dinner off was perfect. Until becky got her heel stuck in the decking. Ha! As she turned round to ask Ricky for help he was on one knee nervously laughing “will you marry me? “ I was in total shock and obviously said yes. As our fiends who were slowly walking behind and in on the suprise managed to capture the picture perfect moment. Romantic and funny and a story we will remember forever.
So, Coombe Abbey in Coventry? … Why this place above anywhere else?
Both growing up in Coventry we have both had the pleasure of this hotel being on our doorstep! However until we started looking for wedding venues we had never stepped foot in the hotel before, just walked round the grounds. After going on to view 6 more venues we just knew deep down it was the one. Convenient for guests, picturesque grounds and it felt special.
